1. Does Xanatos Marine Software come with a warranty?
Yes, all Xanatos Marine Software comes with a one year plus one month warranty beginning on the date of shipment.



2. If updates become available during my warranty period, am I entitled to these free of charge?
Yes, if any service packs are to become available during your warranty period, they are available to you free of charge. You will be able to access these via our Downloads link.



3. What type of chart format does Xanatos Marine Software use?
Xanatos primarily use CMAP and S57 formats for our software.



4. What operating system do I need to run the software?
Xanatos Marine Software requires Windows 2000 or Windows XP along with the appropriate Microsoft service packs.



5. What hardware requirements are needed?
All Xanatos products require a minimum of 1GB of memory and an 80GB Disk drive. Xanatos software onboard vessels require a computer with a serial port in order to communicate with the AIS Transponder.
